The College seeks to maintain a balance of skills on the Board, reflecting the business of the College.  In particular we would welcome interest from ethnic minority groups, which at present are under represented on the Board.  Prospective Governors are interviewed by the Search Committee, who then make a recommendation to the Board. 

There is a training programme for newly appointed members, designed to help them understand their role as governors and to become familiar with the management and operation of the College.
