Our Curriculum

Curriculum Overview

We are an A Level college, but not just an A Level college. We have designed an intellectually rigorous and comprehensive curriculum that prepares students for life after Woodhouse.

All our students take part in Woodhouse Plus. This is a programme that gives them the chance to explore interests beyond their A Levels and gain valuable additional qualifications. Courses such as TEFL and LAMDA help students build practical skills and confidence, while a wide range of enrichment activities encourages curiosity, creativity, and personal growth.

Through our Skills to Thrive programme, students also develop the essential life and learning skills needed for university, work, and beyond - from communication and critical thinking to resilience and self-awareness.

We offer students the opportunity to complete the Level 3 Extended Project Qualification (EPQ) and encourage participation in a diverse range of super-curricular and extra-curricular activities. Our vision is to help our students become well-rounded, confident, and independent young adults.
